Front of House
![]() Kay JenningsKay became our front of house manager here at 5th Avenue in January 2008. As the salon has grown there was the need to build a reliable department front of house to be able to deliver the best customer service and cater for all our client’s needs. Kay has worked in customer service for over 10 years and boasts a wealth of experience within the retail industry. She has previously been shop floor manager to a well known chain of high street shops and certainly knows how to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. She loves the challenge of keeping the 5th Avenue team focused and motivated as well as building a relationship with each and everyone of our client’s that walk through the door. She joined our management team when it started in April 2008 and has been on a first aid course, management conflict and assertion course and due to start her NVQ level 2 in customer care. In April 2008 the salon launched a staff incentive scheme called the Cocktail Club, Kay is known as “House Master” responsible for setting goals and tasks to our three Cocktail teams to keep up a fun team spirit within the salon. She has found her role a great new challenge and is enjoying feeling a huge part of our 5th Avenue team. |
